Megan has served as Director of Employer Relations at the University of South Florida College of Business since March, 2000.  Her responsibilities include career advising, employer relations, career event planning and employment data collection for the College of Business. She received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida, concentrating in Marketing, Management Information Systems and Leading the Customer Driven Organization.  

Megan remains involved and current in the area of career services and has held various leadership positions in regional and national associations. She served two terms on the Board of Directors for the MBA Career Services Council, as chair of the Professional Development committee and head of local arrangements for the conference committee. She also held the Vice President position for two years and chaired the annual conference in 2006. She is also a former board member and Director of Consulting Services for the Southeastern Association of Colleges and Employers and held various committee chair positions with the organization, including research and new member orientation. Other national organizations in which she holds membership include the National Association of Colleges and Employers and Society for Human Resource Management.

In addition to national and regional involvement, Megan remains connected to the local business community. She is serving a fourth term as Secretary for Creative Tampa Bay, a group that supports creativity and innovation as a means of economic development. She is a former mentor for Emerge Tampa, a leadership organization for young professionals through the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce and serves in her fifth year as a member of the Chamber’s Education, Employment and Economic Development (E3) Committee. Megan is also a co-founder and former chair of the Florida Graduate Business Consortium and a former recipient of the Gulf Coast Business Review’s “40 Under 40” Award.
