Consulting	I like it for business casual - not for a career fair or interview. I would like it better with a jacket. Are these dress slacks? If not - they should be! Also, if interviewing for a conservative company or industry you may want to consider trimming your hair.
Finance	A bit too trendy and a more conservative haircut would be better for an interview.
Banking	Not appropriate to wear to a job interview! Need to change hair style, too wild! Attire is more business casual. Pants need to be shortened!
Media	Fine for creative/marketing, but throw a jacket on for the interview!
International Business	For interviews, needs a jacket, tie, and shirt should be buttoned fully. Pants could be hemmed slightly shorter. His hair adds personal style to overall appearance.
Government	I would be put-off by his hairstyle, too chaotic. No tie...and consider wearing a jacket.
Financial Services	Need to add a coat and tie.
Engineering	This attire is not appropriate for a job interview and, therefore, not for a career fair. If a tie and jacket were added, it would be better. A conservative haircut may make the difference also.
