Consulting	For interview or career fair: Needs jacket and tie. Also, is he wearing an undershirt? If not - put one on! For business casual event, this is fine.
Finance	A bit too casual for an interview. I would recommend adding a tie (at least!)
Banking	This is not appropriate to wear to a job interview. Okay for everyday business casual wear. Add an apron, and he is ready to take your dinner order!
Media	He's half way there. Not ready for the front office or first point of contact. How about IT?
International Business	Too casual for interviewing. Needs tie and jacket.
Government	Too casual for a professional interview. A tie and jacket would be appropriate.
Financial Services	Too casual for any interview.  I would suggest adding a coat and tie for a more professional look.
Engineering	This attire is not appropriate for a job interview and, therefore, not for a career fair. If a tie and undershirt were added, I would deem it appropriate, but otherwise no.
