There are two main options for you:
The College of Business Internship program is an informal, non-credit bearing program that allows students to gain real-world experience to enhance their degree. It's important to follow the College's internship guidelines to make sure you gain the most value from your internship. All internships are posted through the campus-wide job posting system, Career Connections. Click here to register or login to Career Connections. For assistance with finding an internship, schedule an appointment with the Career Center by calling: 813-974-2171, or click here for additional tips.
The cooperative education (co-op) program administered by the USF Career Center offers students a 0-credit course with a pass or fail grade for the completion of a work experience program. Students must register for co-ops and apply by the deadline each semester. While you do not receive academic credit for the program, it does appear on your transcript, and both you and the employer are required to sign an agreement. Click here for more information about co-ops.
