Consulting

Needs nylons, dress shoes - not sandals and matching skirt. Also, posture doesn't present a professional, confident presence.

Finance Not professional enough for an interview.

Banking

This is not appropriate to wear to a job interview. She has a mixture of a professional top (jacket) with a causal skirt with strapless shoes. Totally not acceptable in the banking world!

Media

This is a "Glamour Don't". Light skirt and open shoes without hosiery don't match the dark business jacket. Great smile and positive outlook help the impression.

International Business

The skirt and shoes look too casual for the formal jacket. Hair length acceptable to leave down or pull up.

Government

The shoes are too casual, and she doesn't appear to be wearing hosiery. Even in Florida, they are a necessity for a professional look.

Financial Services

Open toed shoes are too casual for an interview.

Engineering

This is inappropriate. Even though the jacket and skirt appear to be okay, the shoes and no nylons are way too casual and scream "I still want to be in college and not in a business." If this outfit was coordinated with some black closed-too shoes and nylons, it would be acceptable.
