In the business world, appearance is an important factor in hiring decisions. Your clothes, hairstyle, choice of accessories, and makeup will either reinforce or damage your professional image. Research shows that it only takes six seconds or less for someone to make a decision about what type of person you are, and if you could be a good fit for their company/organization. 

This site is designed as a tool for USF business students when determining what to wear to professional events.  Students volunteered to dress in professional attire and receive constructive comments from recruiters based on if their attire was appropriate for a career fair or job interview.  Some students were purposely asked to make certain mistakes to be used as examples.
