The intent of this program is to prepare
students for a lifetime of opportunities, not just their next job. We
understand that the right
preparation involves more than just functional business knowledge. Effective
leaders must also understand how to improve, redesign, and integrate complex
systems for the creation of customer value. With this in mind, our program
is taught through a participative and experientially based curriculum.

Program Goals
The MBA Curriculum is continually evaluated for its strength
and relevance to changing global issues, business ethics, cultural diversity,
and the innovation of technology. USF faculty and staff members are dedicated
to creating an educational environment that equips graduates with these

The basic analytical tools required by managers. A mastery of the fundamental
concepts and principles from various functional area.

A thorough understanding of today's global economic, political, and social
environment.

The development of a solid basis for effective decision-making, problem-solving,

Significant personal growth through a variety of sources to develop

Program Structure
The MBA Program will require a maximum of 48 credit hours for students
from disciplines other than business.
Students who have completed an undergraduate degree in Business from
an AACSB accredited institution within the past 7 years may be eligible
to waive Tool Area Courses. The minimum degree requirements
for such students would be 37 credit hours.
