Key Features
- Four semester program - - two fall and two spring semesters
- No summer classes
- Classes meet 8:30 - 5:30 on alternating weekends, one Saturday and one Friday/Saturday each month at the Tampa campus
- Four-day residency session begins each fall semester, providing concentrated instruction and an opportunity to meet and interact with each other, and with faculty and staff, at meals and after classes. Spouses and partners do not attend the residency session, but are invited to join the group at the Friday dinner.
- One new class per year is accepted

- Class begins in August
- Three-day program orientation for the new class, including skills workshops and partner (spouse) roundtable discussions.
- Friday lunchtime Leadership Speaker Program in which business leaders address EMBA students
- A number of special events are held throughout the course of the program, including receptions and meals, often including spouses/partners.
- Optional overseas study program: class and some alumni visit Europe, South America, or Asia to study the business climate of a specific area
