David Ortinau Dr. Ortinau is currently Professor of Marketing. He received his B.S. in Management from Southern Illinois University, his M.S. in Business Administration from Illinois State University and his Ph.D. in Marketing from Louisiana State University. He was LSU's Marketing Doctoral Consortium Fellow at the Thirteenth Annual AMA Doctoral Consortium, Chicago, Illinois in 1978. His Dissertation focused on Consumers' Post Purchase Satisfaction within a Cognitive Process Framework. He previously taught at Illinois State University and Louisiana University prior to joining the USF faculty in 1979. Dr. Ortinau is an active researcher and writer, his contributions have been published in the Journal of Retailing, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Health Care Marketing, Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Marketing Education, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science and others. Dr. Ortinau's teaching interests include Consumer (Buyer) Behavior, Marketing Research, Methods and Measurements, Marketing Management, Services Marketing and Innovativeness of Interactive Electronic Marketing Technologies. |
