Maryanne Rouse Maryanne joined the faculty of the College of Business Administration at the University of South Florida in 1971. She served as the College's Assistant Dean from 1974 to 1976 and as Director of Executive Education and Management Development from 1981 to 1994. Maryanne holds a BA in English, Romance Languages, and Political Science from Syracuse University and an MBA from the University of South Florida. She is a Certified Public Accountant (Florida). Maryanne is a member of the Board of Directors and Vice Chair of the Tampa Economic Development Corporation, a CDC, and a Trustee of the Indian Shores Police Pension Fund. She serves on the University's Honors' and Commencement and Convocation Committees and The College of Business Administration's Undergraduate Curriculum Committee. She is the recipient of a number of MBA teaching awards and was named "MVP" by the 1998 Physicians MBA class. In addition to her credit teaching responsibilities, Maryanne is a frequent program speaker and continuing education faculty member. A consultant in strategic planning and accounting in several industries including the not for profit sector and health care, she served as one of four international accreditation fellows for the Accreditation Commission for Education in Health Services Administration (ACEHSA) in 1994 and 1995 |
