Edyth Hargis Edyth Hargis is an Instructor of Management at USF's College of Business Administration where she has been teaching since 1981. Her teaching awards include: (a) the Outstanding Professor Award (a university-wide honor given by the student body to only one of 1,200 faculty each year); (b) Faculty Honor Guard (another student-determined university-wide teaching award honoring the top 10 professors each academic year; and (c) the peer selected TIP award recognizing excellence in faculty instruction. Edyth teaches Organizational Behavior Analysis, Human Resource Management and International Management. She also conducts Interpersonal Effectiveness programs for students in the Executive MBA program Her academic studies have been at the University of Utah and USF. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration and an M.S. in Management. She has also completed a faculty development program in International Business at the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. Some of her consulting activities have included Wilson Learning Systems, USF, Saab/Barracuda, the National Productivity Board of Singapore and Singapore Airlines.
