Responsibility for developing a simulation model of job change patterns of males and females in the U.S. labor force for the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare. This model was incorporated into a larger simulation system which was used to examine the effects of indexing and benefit formula changes upon the Social Security System.

Developed, enhanced, and maintained large data base systems in banking, accounting, insurance, and management applications. Interfaced with clients at managerial levels to assess data base needs and respond to problems. Assisted in teaching fundamental and advanced computer application systems. This included instruction in COBOL, Assembler, Job Control Language, Data Base Management, Project Management, and Work Simplification as Assistant Instructor in the Systems Engineer Development Program .
