Alan Balfour Alan Balfour is Chair of the Department of Management & Organization and Director of the Master of Science in Management: Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness program. He currently teaches Leadership Perspective, Managing International Cultural Differences, and Social, Ethical, Legal Systems. His publication field is employment relations. He holds a masters and Ph.D. degree from Michigan State University, a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, and a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Albion College. He has been at USF since 1980 |
