Graduate Admission forms can be obtained
online for both domestic and international students. These forms, in
addition to USF's Deferment of Admission Form, Financial Statement Form
and Florida Residency Classification Forms can be found at the USF
Graduate Admissions site (http://www.grad.usf.edu/newsite/admissions/main_int.asp).
Students are admitted to the Program for the Fall and Spring semesters
of each year. All Application materials, including completed application
form, official transcripts of all previous college work and GMAT or GRE
scores, are due no later than the dates listed in the table below.

Program Admission Requirements
The MS/MIS Program is highly competitive.
Prefer students that meet at least two of the following criteria:
(1) a 3.0 upper-level GPA
(2) a 25 percentile or higher in the verbal section of GRE or GMAT, and
a 40 percentile or higher in the quantitative section of GRE or GMAT
(3) work experience in related field.
In addition, a TOEFL score of 550 or higher (213 or higher on the computerized test) may be required for international students applying to the program.
