We are looking for a Web Developer (Flash) for our direct client in North Hollywood.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Technical Producer/Web Developer is a technical position responsible for managing, creating and maintaining the technical elements of International Broadband products deployed in multiple regions overseas. This position serves as a bridge between engineering, design, content development, operations and editorial groups.
Candidates must have a solid understanding and hands-on experience of Internet technologies and a desire to keep up with new developments in the industry. The Technical Producer must be able to think creatively about how to take advantage of the technology, with a clear vision of the potential of the medium as well as an understanding of its constraints and limitations.
The Producer/Web Developer will be responsible for the continual improvement and implementation of new functionality and coordination for the product. Typical duties include: template maintenance and creation, deployment, support and troubleshooting, coverage planning, investigation and implementation of technical solutions and light project planning. The technical producer will work with many groups within our client, including International teams.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION
- Bachelor's degree, CS or equivalent
SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED
- 3-5 years experience in a technical role, preferably with a
high-traffic, broadband-multimedia, world-class web site
- Proven ability to be innovative and come up with unique solutions;
- Effective problem solver
- Ability to communicate with others both orally and in writing
- Experience working with non-technical professionals to help them realize their goals
- Hands-on experience with Action Script, HTML/XHTML, JavaScript programming, etc.
- Excellent organizational and written skills, ability to excel in a team environment
- Ability to apply programmatic troubleshooting or code manipulation
- Attention to detail
- Experience writing technical specs and driving them through
development
- Ability to multi-task and manage several tasks at once
