Ken Wieand Kenneth Wieand earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida and his PhD at Washington University. He has held positions at the Federal Reserve Bank in Dallas, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, Marquette University, and the University of South Florida. Dr. Wieand has been a consultant for the Federal Home Loan Bank Board and for the United Nations Industrial Development Agency. He has published articles in the top journals of his field of study, urban and regional economics. Dr. Wieand is a professor in the Department of Finance. Dr. Wieand has been with USF from 1980 to the present time. From 1998-2002, Dr. Wieand was the Director of the Center for Economic Development, a service center located in the College of Business Administration. |
