Greg Smersh
Visiting Assistant Professor

Greg Smersh is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Finance. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Washington and his Ph.D. at the University of Florida.  Dr. Smersh teaches real estate, and has a particular interest in feasibility, market analysis, and development.  In addition to academic research, he has been a consultant to retail developers in the State of Florida. Before coming to USF in Fall of 2009, Dr. Smersh was at Florida State University.
