Nathan Stuart
Assistant Professor
Dr. Nathan V. Stuart is currently an Assistant Professor in the School of Accountancy at the University of South Florida’s College of Business Administration. He received his Ph.D. in Accounting from Indiana University, and has master’s degrees from Indiana University (Accounting) and MIT (Management; Chemical Engineering). His bachelor’s degree, from Princeton, is in Chemical Engineering. His research interests include managerial accounting and economics, including topics such as executive compensation, corporate governance, performance measurement, and the adoption and success of management control systems. He teaches managerial and cost accounting at the undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels. He is a member of the American Accounting Association and Institute of Management Accountants. His personal interests include recreational athletics, science fiction, and bridge.
